• Preparation

• Take 500g of Aachi Puttu powder in a dry bowl, add required amount of salt and mix well

• Add 350ml of hot water to the puttu mix and blend well

• Pass through sieve

• Put the contents on the muslin cloth and steam cook for 20 minutes

• Remove and transfer the steamed puttu onto a dry bowl

• Add 60g of shredded coconut and 150g of sugar

• Mix well

• Now tasty Aachi Puttu is ready to serve hot
